أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُدْرِكٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ عَنْ رَبِيعِ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيَعْجِزُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ ثُلُثَ الْقُرْآنِ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ؟» قَالَ وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ؟ قَالَ بَلَى {قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ} [الإخلاص 1] [252] رَوَاهُ سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَأَرْسَلَهُ 10444 أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مُرْسَلٌ 10445 أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مُرْسَلٌ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "Would any of you be unable to recite a third of the Qur'an every night?" He said, "And who can bear that?" He said, "Yes, {Say: He is Allah, the One} [al-Ikhlas:1]." [252] Sulayman al-A'mash narrated it from Ibrahim and sent it as mursal. 10444 Muhammad b. Bashshar informed us, he said: 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, from the Prophet ﷺ, mursal. 10445 Muhammad b. al-'Ala' informed us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim: The Prophet ﷺ said..., mursal.
