أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَمْرٍو أَخْبَرَنِي قُرَّةُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «كُلُّ أَمْرٍ ذِي بَالٍ لَا يُبْدَأُ فِيهِ بِحَمْدِ اللهِ أَقْطَعُ» [185] 10256 أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ رَفَعَهُ مِثْلَهُ 10257 أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ مُرْسَلٌ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ who said: "Every important matter that does not begin with praise of Allah is cut off." [185] 10256 Mahmud b. Khalid informed me; al-Walid narrated to us; Sa'id b. Abd al-Aziz narrated to us from al-Zuhri, and he raised it, the like of it. 10257 Qutaybah b. Sa'id informed us; al-Layth narrated to us from Uqayl from Ibn Shihab as mursal.
