أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ سَمِعْتُ غَالِبًا الْقَطَّانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَبِي يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامُ قَالَ «عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى أَبِيكَ السَّلَامُ»

Translation

Chain of narrators

  5. a man from Banī Numayr from his father from his grandfather

✧ He came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: “My father sends you greetings of peace.” He said: “Upon you and upon your father be peace.”
