✧ A man from the Ansar, from the people of Quba, invited the Prophet ﷺ, so we went with him. When he ate and washed his hand or his hands, he said: “Praise be to Allah who feeds and is not fed. He bestowed favor upon us and guided us, fed us and gave us drink, and every good trial He has tried us with. Praise be to Allah, not bidding farewell, nor being recompensed, nor disbelieved, nor dispensed with. Praise be to Allah who fed from food, gave drink from drink, clothed from nakedness, guided from misguidance, gave sight from blindness, and favored over many of His creation with great favor. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.”
