Translation

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Anas b. Malik through another chain of transmitters.

• فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ ثُمَّ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبْدَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِنَحْوِ هَذَا أَوْ بِمِثْلِهِ

• حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَنْبَأَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ، يَقُولُ أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِثَوْبِ حَرِيرٍ. فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ ثُمَّ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبْدَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِنَحْوِ هَذَا أَوْ بِمِثْلِهِ
