The prohibition of making Nabidh in al-Muzaffat, Ad-Dubba' (Gourds), al-Hantam and An-Naqir; This has been abrogated and now it is permitted, so long as it does not become intoxicating

وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ رَجُلاً جَاءَهُ فَقَالَ أَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُنْبَذَ فِي الْجَرِّ وَالدُّبَّاءِ قَالَ نَعَمْ
