The prohibition of marriage for one who is in Ihram, and it is disliked for him to propose marriage

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
الْمُحْرِمُ لاَ يَنْكِحُ وَلاَ يَخْطُبُ
