Mut'ah Marriage: It was permitted then abrograted, then permitted then abrogated, and it will remain Forbidden until the day of resurrection

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ الضُّبَعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ عَنْ مَالِكٍ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ
سَمِعَ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ يَقُولُ لِفُلاَنٍ إِنَّكَ رَجُلٌ تَائِهٌ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِكٍ
Translation
