Gifts - Section 1
وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا». رَوَاهُ مُسلم
Translation
Jabir reported the Prophet as saying, “What is given in life-tenancy: is part of the inheritance of those who receive it.” Muslim transmitted it.
