Wrongful Appropriation and Loan - Section 2
وَعَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «عَلَى الْيَدِ مَا أَخَذَتْ حَتَّى تُؤَدِّيَ». رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَابْن مَاجَه
Translation
He reported the Prophet as saying, “The hand which takes is responsible till it pays.” Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
