✧ How did Ibn Umar ؓ pray on the day of Eid? He said: He would attend the Fajr prayer with the imam, then return to his house and perform ghusl [his ghusl] for janabah, and wear his best clothes, and apply the best perfume he had, then go out until he came to the musalla, and sit there until the imam arrived. When the imam came, he prayed with him, then returned and entered the mosque of the Prophet ﷺ and prayed two rak'ahs in it, then went to his house.
