✧ The virtue of Friday and the hour in which the supplication is hoped to be answered

وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ عَوَّامٍ الْبَصْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِنَّ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَلَيْلَةَ الْجُمُعَةِ أَرْبَعَةٌ وَعِشْرُونَ سَاعَةً، لَيْسَ فِيهَا سَاعَةٌ إِلَّا وَلِلَّهِ تَعَالَى فِيهَا سِتُّمِائَةِ عَتِيقٍ مِنَ النَّارِ،

✧ Indeed, Friday day and Friday night are twenty-four hours. There is no hour in them except that God, Exalted is He, has in it six hundred freed from the Fire.
