al-Matalib al-'Aliyah 66

Translation

✧ Uthman ؓ called for water for ablution, while Ali and Talhah ؓ were with him. He performed ablution three times, three times, then said: 'I adjure you by Allah, do you know that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform ablution as I have performed ablution?' They said: 'Yes.'
