- وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ، ثَنَا سُكَيْنٌ - هُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا الْمُثَنَّى الْعَطَّارُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ - يَعْنِي وَالِدَ السُّكَيْنِ - قَالَ:
أَتَيْتُ أَنَسًا ؓ، فَقُلْتُ: أَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَأَمَّ أَهْلَ بَيْتِهِ، فَصَلَّى بِنَا الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ، فَقَرَأَ هَمْسًا، فَقَرَأَ بِالْمُرْسَلَاتِ، وَالنَّازِعَاتِ، وَعَمَّ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ، وَنَحْوِهِمَا مِنَ السُّوَرِ

✧ I came to Anas ؓ and said: 'Tell me about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.' He led his household in prayer and prayed the noon and afternoon prayers with us, reciting in a low voice. He recited al-Mursalat, al-Nazi'at, 'Amma yatasa'alun, and similar surahs.
