✧ The Portents and Signs of the Hour

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَخْرٍ، قَالَ: إِنَّ سَعِيدً الْمَقْبُرِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، يَقُولُ:

وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ بِيَدِهِ، لَيَنْزِلَنَّ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ... فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ. وَفِيهِ: وَلَيُصْلِحَنَّ ذَاتَ الْبَيْنِ، وَلَيُذْهِبَنَّ الشَّحْنَاءَ، وَلَيُقْرِضَنَّ الْمَالَ، ثُمَّ لَئِنْ قَامَ عَلَى قَبْرِي، فَقَالَ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ لَأُجِيبَنَّهُ

Translation

✧ By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Abu al-Qasim ﷺ, Jesus son of Mary (peace and blessings be upon him) will surely descend... and he mentioned the hadith. In it: 'He will surely reconcile between people, remove mutual hatred, and distribute wealth. Then if he stands at my grave and says: O Muhammad, I will surely answer him.'
