وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فِي مَنَامِي، فَشَكَوْتُ إِلَيْهِ مَا لَقِيتُ مِنْ أُمَّتِهِ مِنَ التَّكْذِيبِ وَالْأَذَى، فَبَكَيْتُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: لَا تَبْكِ يَا عَلِيُّ، وَالْتَفَتَ، فَالْتَفَتُّ فَإِذَا رَجُلَانِ يَتَصَعَّدَانِ، وَإِذَا جَلَامِيدُ تَرْضَخُ رُؤُوسَهُمَا حَتَّى تُفْضَحَ، ثُمَّ تَعُودُ
Translation

✧ I saw the Prophet ﷺ in my sleep, and I complained to him of what I had encountered from his community in the way of denial and harm. I wept, and the Prophet ﷺ said: “Do not weep, O ‘Ali.” He turned, and I turned, and there were two men ascending, and there were boulders crushing their heads until they were split open, then they would return to how they were.
