✧ The Virtue of Zaynab bt. Jahsh, ᴿᴬ

قَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ؓ قَالَ:

بَنَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِزَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ ؓ وَكَانَتْ قَدْ أُعْطِيَتْ جَمَالًا، وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ شَدِيدَ الْحَيَاءِ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ consummated his marriage with Zaynab bint Jahsh ؓ, and she had been endowed with beauty, while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was extremely modest.
