حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، ثَنَا جَرْوَلُ بْنُ جَنْدَلٍ، ثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ أَوِ ابْنِ رِزْقٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
عَزِيمَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّي عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَهْدٌ عَهِدَهُ إِلَيَّ - أَنْ لَا أَتَزَوَّجَ إِلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ وَلَا أُزَوِّجَ شَيْئًا مِنْ بَنَاتِي إِلَّا كَانُوا رُفَقَائِي فِي الْجَنَّةِ

✧ A firm resolve from my Lord, Mighty and Majestic, and a covenant He made with me – that I should not marry into any household, nor give any of my daughters in marriage, except that they would be my companions in Paradise.
