قَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ
فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلا قَالَ: بَيِّنْهُ بَيَانًا
