✧ Reports of Musa and Harun, peace be upon them

وَقَالَ عَبْدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، ثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «
كَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ الَّذِينَ جَاوَزُوا الْبَحْرَ اثْنَا عَشَرَ سِبْطًا، فَكَانَ فِي كُلِّ طَرِيقٍ اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَلْفًا، كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ وَلَدِ يَعْقُوبَ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ
Translation

✧ Among the companions of Musa ﷺ who crossed the sea were twelve tribes; on every path there were twelve thousand, all of them from the children of Ya'qub ﷺ.
