وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، قَالَ:
قَالَتْ صَفِيَّةُ حَيْثُ كَانَتْ فِي أَهْلِهَا: رَأَيْتُ كَأَنِّي وَهَذَا الَّذِي أَرْسَلَهُ اللهُ، وَمَلَكٌ يُسَيِّرُنَا بِجَنَاحِهِ فَرَدُّوا عَلَيْهَا رُؤْيَاهَا، وَقَالُوا لَهَا قَوْلًا شَدِيدًا
Translation

✧ Safiyya said while she was with her family: I saw as if I and this one whom Allah sent, and an angel steering us with his wing. They rejected her vision and spoke harshly to her.
