وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ الرِّفَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، وَحَدَّثَنَا مَسْرُوقُ بْنُ الْمَرْزُبَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، كِلَاهُمَا، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ هُوَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

« إِنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى هُوَ السَّلَامُ، فَلَا تَبْدَأُوا بِشَيْءٍ قَبْلَهُ، فَإِذَا قِيلَ: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ، فَقُولُوا: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ
