✧ Dislike of khalouq and its permissibility for the married

وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ثَنَا حُرَيْثٌ، عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:

إِنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ لِيُبَايِعَهُ، فَرَأَى يَدَهُ مُخَلَّقَةً، فَكَفَّ يَدَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: ثَكِلَتْكَ أُمُّكَ، إِنَّمَا كَفَّ ﷺ يَدَهُ عَنْكَ أَنَّهَا مُخَلَّقَةٌ، فَغَسَلَ يَدَهُ، ثُمَّ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَبَايَعَهُ

Translation

✧ He came to the Prophet ﷺ on the day of the conquest of Makkah to pledge allegiance to him, and he saw that his hand was perfumed with khalouq, so he withdrew his hand. A man said to him, 'May your mother be bereft of you! The Prophet ﷺ withdrew his hand from you only because it is perfumed with khalouq.' So he washed his hand and then came to the Prophet ﷺ and pledged allegiance to him.
