وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ. / 2 - وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ: أَخْبَرَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ قَالَا: ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ الصَّوَّافُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

أَنَّهُ قَضَى إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ لِلطَّالِبِ بَيِّنَةٌ، فَعَلَى الْمَطْلُوبِ الْيَمِينُ
