✧ The virtue of the just ruler and the censure of the unjust

وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، ثَنَا مَنِيعٌ، [قَالَ]: إِنَّ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ قُرَّةَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ؓ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
رَجُلَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَا تَنَالُهُمَا شَفَاعَتِي، إِمَامٌ ظَلُومٌ عَسُوفٌ غَشُومٌ، وَآخَرُ غَالٍ فِي الدِّينِ مَارِقٌ فِيهِ
