✧ The virtue of the just ruler and the censure of the unjust

قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ بْنِ قُنْفُدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
أَفْضَلُ عِبَادِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عِنْدَ اللهِ تَعَالَى مَنْزِلَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِمَامٌ عَادِلٌ رَفِيقٌ، وَإِنَّ شَرَّ عِبَادِ اللهِ تَعَالَى عِنْدَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَنْزِلَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِمَامٌ جَائِرٌ خَرِقٌ ".
