✧ The Prohibition of Disposing of Spoils of War Before Distribution

قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْمُصَفِّرِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنِي ثَابِتُ بْنُ رُفَيْعٍ، وَكَانَ يُؤَمَّرُ عَلَى السَّرَايَا، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْغُلُولَ: الرَّجُلُ يَنْكِحُ الْمَرْأَةَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْسِمَ ثُمَّ يَرُدُّهَا إِلَى الْقَسْمِ، أَوْ يَلْبَسُ الثَّوْبَ حَتَّى يَخْلَقَ ثُمَّ يَرُدُّهُ إِلَى الْقَسْمِ
