✧ No Divorce Before Marriage

وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُطَّلِبِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ؓ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

« لَا طَلَاقَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَنْكِحْ، وَلَا عَتَاقَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَمْلِكْ، وَلَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ تَعَالَى
