✧ Ablution after Touching the Private Part

قَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا الْجَرَّاحُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ ثَوَابٍ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ، حَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَدَّاعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سَيْفِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ قَالَ:

دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَرِجَالٌ مَعِي عَلَى عَائِشَةَ ؓ، فَسَأَلْنَاهَا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَمَسُّ فَرْجَهُ، وَعَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَمَسُّ فَرْجَهَا، فَقَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: « مَا أُبَالِي إِيَّاهُ مَسِسْتُ أَوْ أَنْفِي

✧ I and some men with me entered upon 'A'ishah ؓ, and we asked her about a man touching his private part and a woman touching her private part. She said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'I do not care if I touch it or my nose.'"
