أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ؓ قَالَ:
أَسْلَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِرَجُلٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ، يُقَالُ لَهُ يَامِينُ، فِي تَمْرٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى، فَقَالَ الْيَهُودِيُّ: مِنْ تَمْرِ حَائِطِ بَنِي فُلَانٍ ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: أَمَّا مِنْ تَمْرِ حَائِطِ بَنِي فُلَانٍ فَلَا
