مُسَدَّدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ - هُوَ ابْنُ غِيَاثٍ - عَنْ أَبِي الْعَوَّامِ الْبَصْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ يَبِيعُ مِنْ غِلْمَانِهِ النَّخْلَ، السَّنَةَ وَالسَّنَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلَاثَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ جَابِرٌ ؓ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: مَا عَلِمْتَ أَنْ لَيْسَ بَيْنَ الْعَبْدِ وَبَيْنَ سَيِّدِهِ رِبًا
Translation

✧ Ibn Abbas ؓ used to sell dates from his slaves for one, two, or three years. Jabir ؓ said to him about that, and he said: "Do you not know that there is no usury between a slave and his master?"
