✧ The Sanctuary of Madinah and Its Virtue

وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبٌ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سُبَيْعَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةِ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَلْيَمُتْ، فَإِنَّهُ لَنْ يَمُوتَ بِهَا أَحَدٌ إِلَّا كُنْتُ لَهُ شَفِيعًا أَوْ شَهِيدًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
