✧ The Virtue of One Who Looks After the Family of the Pilgrim with Goodness

قَالَ الْحَارِثُ: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْمُحَبَّرِ، ثَنَا مَيْسَرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ السَّعْدِيِّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ، قَالَا:

خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ، وَفِيهِ: وَمَنَ خَلَفَ حَاجًّا أَوْ مُعْتَمِرًا فِي أَهْلِهِ بِخَيْرٍ كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِهِ كَامِلًا مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَنْقُصَ مِنْ أَجْرِهِ شَيْءٌ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ addressed us and mentioned the hadith, in which (he said): 'Whoever looks after the family of a pilgrim or one performing Umrah with goodness, he will have the like of his reward completely, without diminishing anything from the pilgrim's reward.'
