Cases in which Pre-emption is Possible

قالَ مالِكٌ: «وعَلى ذَلِكَ السُّنَّةُ الَّتِي لا اخْتِلافَ فِيها عِنْدَنا»

Translation

Malik said, "That is the sunna about which there is no dispute among us."
