حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ قَالَ
قَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالْعُمْرَى أَنَّهَا لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ
