حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ الْمَدِينِيُّ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَيَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ

قيل لأبي يصح حديث أبي هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في اليمين مع الشاهد فوقف وقفة فقال ترى الدراوردي ما يقول يعني قوله قلت لسهيل فلم يعرفه قلت فليس نسيان سهيل دافع لما حكى عنه ربيعة وربيعة ثقة والرجل يحدث بالحديث وينسى قال أجل هكذا هو ولكن لم نر أن يتبعه متابع على روايته وقد روى عن سهيل جماعة كثيرة ليس عند أحد منهم هذا الحديث قلت إنه تقول بخبر الواحد قال أجل غير أني لا أدري لهذا الحديث أصلا عن أبي هريرة أعتبر به وهذا أصل من الأصول لم يتابع عليه ربيعة
