أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الشَّهِيدِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيُّ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
كُنَّا نُصَلِّي وَالدَّوَابُّ تَمُرُّ بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا، فَسَأَلْنَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: مِثْلُ آخِرَةِ الرَّحْلِ تَكُونُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ أَحَدِكُمْ، وَلَا يَضُرُّ مَا مَرَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ

✧ We used to pray while animals passed in front of us, so we asked the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: “Something like the back of a saddle placed in front of one of you is sufficient, and whatever passes in front of him will not harm him.”
