✧ He was sitting with a group of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, and they mentioned the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Abu Humayd al-Sa'idi said: "I was the most knowledgeable of you regarding the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I saw him when he said the takbir, he placed his hands level with his shoulders; when he bowed, he placed his hands firmly on his knees, then bent his back; when he raised his head, he stood straight until every vertebra returned to its place; and when he prostrated, he placed his hands on the ground, neither spreading them out nor clenching them, and he faced the qiblah with the tips of his toes."
