أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ وَمِسْعَرٍ: سَمِعَا عَدِيَّ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ يَقُولُ:

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ بِالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ فِي عِشَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا سَمِعْتُ أَحْسَنَ قِرَاءَةً مِنْهُ

✧ I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ reciting al-Tīn wa-l-Zaytūn in the late evening prayer, and I have never heard a more beautiful recitation than his.
