أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَزَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبَانَ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الزَّمْعِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ، أَنَّ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

اثْنَتَانِ لَا تُرَدَّانِ أَوْ قَلَّ مَا تُرَدَّانِ الدُّعَاءُ عِنْدَ النِّدَاءِ، وَعِنْدَ الْبَأْسِ حِينَ يَلْتَحِمُ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا

✧ Two things are not rejected, or rarely rejected: supplication at the time of the call to prayer, and at the time of battle when the fighting intensifies.
