حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ:

أَتَى رَجُلٌ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي أَجَّرْتُ نَفْسِي مِنْ قَوْمٍ فَتَرَكْتُ لَهُمْ بَعْضَ أُجْرَتِي أَوْ أَجْرِي وَيُخَلُّوا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ الْمَنَاسِكِ، فَهَلْ يُجْزِئُ ذَلِكَ عَنِّي ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: نَعَمْ هَذَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالَ اللهُ: أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَاللهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ

✧ A man came to Ibn 'Abbas and said: 'I hired myself out to some people, and I left for them part of my wages, and they let me perform the rites. Will that suffice for me?' Ibn 'Abbas said: 'Yes, this is among those of whom Allah said: "Those - they will have a share of what they have earned, and Allah is swift in account" (Quran 2:202).'
