3264 [قَالَ ]: حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، [قَالَ ]: أَخْبَرَنِي الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ بِمِثْلِهِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا: أَلَّا تُنَاكِحُوهُمْ، وَلَا يَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يُسَلِّمُوا إِلَيْهِمْ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ قَالَ الرَّبِيعُ وَيُونُسُ: حَيْثُ تَقَاسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ. وَقَالَ بَحْرٌ: حِينَ أَقْسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ.:
Translation

✧ Bishr b. Bakr narrated to us: al-Awzaʿi informed me from Ibn Shihab something similar, except that they said: "Do not intermarry with them, and let there be nothing between them and them until they hand over the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." Al-Rabiʿ and Yunus said: "where they swore together on disbelief." Bahr said: "when they swore on disbelief."
