✧ I was among the first of the pilgrims. I came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was at al-Muzdalifah, and he went out for the prayer when dawn broke. I said, “O Messenger of God, I have come to you from the two mountains of Ṭayyiʾ; I have exhausted my riding camel and worn out myself. I did not leave any mountain but I stopped at it.” He said, “Whoever attends the prayer with us, then stands with us until we depart, and has already stood at ʿArafāt before that, by night or by day, has fulfilled his rites and completed his Hajj.”
