حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَرَضَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ فِي رَمَضَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَفْسٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حُرٍّ أَوْ عَبْدٍ، رَجُلٍ أَوِ امْرَأَةٍ، صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ، صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ
