جُمُعَةِ وَالْبَيَانِ أَنَّ اللهَ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - فَرَضَهَا عَلَى مَنْ قَبْلَنَا مِنَ الْأُمَمِ وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِيهَا، فَهَدَى اللهُ أُمَّةَ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ لَهَا. قَالَ اللهُ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ -: يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلاةِ مِنْ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللهِ وَذَرُوا الْبَيْعَ، وَهَذَا مِنَ الْجِنْسِ الَّذِي نَقُولُ: إِنَّ اللهَ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - قَدْ يُوجِبُ الْفَرْضَ بِشَرِيطَةٍ، وَقَدْ يَجِبُ ذَلِكَ الْفَرْضُ بِغَيْرِ تِلْكَ الشَّرِيطَةِ؛ لِأَنَّ اللهَ إِنَّمَا أَمَرَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ بِالسَّعْيِ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ، وَقَدْ لَا يَقْدِرُ الْحُرُّ الْمُسْلِمُ عَلَى الْمَشْيِ عَلَى الْقَدَمِ وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى الرُّكُوبِ، وَإِتْيَانِ الْجُمُعَةِ رَاكِبًا، وَهُوَ مَالِكٌ لِمَا يَرْكَبُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ، وَالْفَرْضُ لَا يَزُولُ عَنْهُ إِذَا قَدَرَ عَلَى إِتْيَانِ الْجُمُعَةِ رَاكِبًا، وَإِنْ كَانَ عَاجِزًا عَنْ إِتْيَانِهَا مَاشِيًا. 1918 1720 1720 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ:

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. وَعَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ
