أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ( وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ يَحْيَى ) قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ الْبَرَّاءِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

كَيْفَ أَنْتَ إِذَا بَقِيتَ فِي قَوْمٍ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا ؟ فَقَالَ لَهُ: " صَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا، فَإِذَا أَدْرَكْتَهُمْ لَمْ يُصَلُّوا فَصَلِّ مَعَهُمْ، وَلَا تَقُلْ: إِنِّي قَدْ صَلَّيْتُ، فَلَا أُصَلِّي

✧ How will you be when you remain among a people who delay the prayer beyond its time? He said to him: Pray the prayer at its time. Then if you catch them and they have not prayed, pray with them, and do not say: I have already prayed, so I will not pray.
