أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا يَقُولُ: " إِذَا كَبَّرَ الْإِمَامُ فَكَبِّرُوا، وَإِذَا قَرَأَ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلا الضَّالِّينَ، فَقُولُوا آمِينَ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to teach us, saying: 'When the imam says the takbir, then you say the takbir. And when he recites: "not of those who earned anger nor of those who went astray," then you say: Ameen.'
