أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:

بِتُّ فِي بَيْتِ خَالَتِي مَيْمُونَةَ، فَتَتَبَّعْتُ كَيْفَ يُصَلِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، ثُمَّ قَامَ يُصَلِّي، فَجِئْتُ فَقُمْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ، فَقُمْتُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ، وَقَالَ: فَأَخَذَنِي فَأَقَامَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ

✧ I spent the night in the house of my maternal aunt Maymunah, and I watched how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed. Then he stood to pray, so I came and stood beside him—I stood on his left. He said: He took me and made me stand on his right.
