✧ The sun eclipsed during the time of the Prophet ﷺ, and he led the people in prayer. He mentioned the hadith and said at its end: 'Then he finished and said: The sun and the moon do not eclipse for the death or life of anyone, but they are two signs among the signs of Allah. When you see that, hasten to prayer.' This is the statement of al-Zuhri. He said: 'And Hisham added in it: When you see that, give charity and pray.'
