✧ I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during a journey pray the Duha prayer, eight rak'ahs. When he finished, he said: "I prayed a prayer of desire and fear. I asked my Lord for three things, and He granted me two and withheld one. I asked Him not to destroy my Ummah by famine, and He did that. I asked Him not to let their enemy overpower them, and He did that. I asked Him not to make them into conflicting factions, and He refused me that."
